What to Bring to SSP

The SSP site says that the following are needed at SSP. The essentials are underlined.

  • Sleeping Bag/Blankets
  • Pillow
  • Sleeping Mattress
  • Beach Towel for Wed. Outing
  • Towel for Showers
  • Washcloth
  • Toothbrush
  • Toothpaste
  • Shampoo
  • Other Personal Care Items(you know what this means)
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Wide Brim Hat
  • Mosquito Repellent
  • Water Bottle
  • Prescription Meds(I’m talking to you, Jason)
  • Bible and Devotional Materials
  • Musical Instruments?
  • Camera
  • Swimsuit
  • Sandals
  • Work Boots/Tennis Shoes(Mandatory)
  • T-shirts
  • Sweatshirt or Jacket
  • Long Pants
  • Shorts
  • Work Gloves
  • Bandana
  • Backpack for use Between worksite, living area, and water site.
  • An Open Spirit
  • A Sense of Humor
  • A Sense of Adventure
